I'm adding pictures/commentary as I can. I'm copying over the photos/other information from where I've been archiving them so it's slow going as I format them. I've added in all the descriptions that I have so far and will continue as I can :)

after waking up. Did the warm water soak of whole ear in morning and after lunch. Salt water soak and rinse after work, no soap.
