I'm adding pictures/commentary as I can. I'm copying over the photos/other information from where I've been archiving them so it's slow going as I format them. I've added in all the descriptions that I have so far and will continue as I can :)

after morning wash with Dr. Bronner's almond soap. Lobe swollen. Salt soaks in afternoon and before bed.
