I'm adding pictures/commentary as I can. I'm copying over the photos/other information from where I've been archiving them so it's slow going as I format them. I've added in all the descriptions that I have so far and will continue as I can :)

after morning wash. In the afternoon my ear was feeling a bit hot and sore. I think I should return to the sea salt soaks twice daily instead of just the one. Ordered a Lakshmi ring, H2Ocean, and Emu Oil at night.
